SEARCH TIPS
From the simple search box on every page you can search by artist, title,
record label, or genre; simply enter as many search keywords as you
would like, select search options, and click "Go!". Searching for "Elvis"
will give results for Elvis Presley as well as Elvis Costello. "Elvis
Presley" will only return titles by Elvis Presley. You can always focus
your search results by adding more words.
The default search results are displayed alphabetically by the artist's
last name or group name. You have the option to sort the search results
by most newly arrived, by price, by label, by country, or by format.
On search results page you can click on artist's name to see only titles
of that artist.
You can limit your search to only one format. For example, if you are looking only for LPs, simply select "LP" instead of "Display All", and then click "Go!".
Browse: Our website gives you the ability to browse our catalog by genre, by category, and by first letter of the items. Click on any of the categories listed on the right side of the page. Please note that some artists could be listed in more than one category. You can also browse items by letter. For example, clicking on letter "A" will display all items which begins with "A". Please note that Bryan Adams is listed under "A", not under "B".
SHOPPING CART
You can see the content of your shopping cart by clicking on "Shopping Cart".
Click on "Add to shopping cart" next to items you wish to buy.
You can always remove an item from shopping cart by clicking on "remove from cart".
After you fill your shopping cart with all items you wish to buy, click on "Checkout".
If your shopping cart remains empty after you click on "Add to shopping cart", it means
that your browser doesn't accept cookies. You need to allow cookies in your browser if you want
shopping cart to work properly. If you don't know how to set your browser to accept cookies,
click on Help in your browser's menu and you will find the answer there.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is an electronic identifier, consisting of a small string of numbers & letters,
which your browser uses to track items when you place them in your shopping cart.
This keeps your Shopping Cart distinct from those of other users. Our shopping cart uses
temporary cookies. It means that as soon as you complete a purchase, or close the browser, your cookie will expire and
it will be removed. These cookies do not contain any personal information about you,
and cannot be used by any third party to access your information.
WANT-LIST
Want-list system enables you to be notified as soon as your favorite
items come into stock. Simply find the item you are looking for, and
click on "add to want list" if it is not currently available.
We will let you know as soon as the items become available. When you
receive a notification that the item you want has come into stock, just
click on the link in the email, and you will be taken directly to the
item in our on-line shop. Please keep in mind that we may have only
one copy of an item at any given time. Since some items have many "Want
List" requests it's always a good idea to respond quickly to your email
alerts.
You can login to your want-list anytime (at top-left corner of our homepage).
You can remove an item from want-list by clicking on "remove". Item
will be removed automatically when you purchase it.
GRADING SYSTEM
M - mint - record as new, shiny- like just went out from factory
- played only few times; cover almost as new, maybe slightly marks at
corners or edges.
Ex - excellent - record in great shape, may have light marks,
very little dust, played more than a few times but low in surface noise;
cover - may be little cut on corners and edges and fade in colours,
or price stickers.
VG - very good - record has been played many times,may be more
surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing; cover - may be more
cuts on corners and edges, or little writing or little stickers, and
more fading in colours.
G - record or cover are in bad condition - worth only like archive
items - just to have that until you find better.

PAYMENT INFO
Credit Card: We accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express,
and other major credit cards.
PayPal: If you would like to use PayPal, just select "PayPal" in checkout
form. We will contact you when your order is ready to go.
Check, Money Order or Cash: If you would like to send us a check or
money order, simply select the appropriate option in checkout form.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will email you a check payment
notification indictating the total amount due and the address to which
you may send payment. Personal checks may require clearance and delay
shipment of your order.
Important! Do not mail your check, money order or cash until you receive
the email confirming the availability of your items and the total amount
